Ingredients for Papaya Shake

  • 2 cups of papaya pulp (dice shape so that it will be easy to blender)
  • ​1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • ​3 cups of milk (evaporated)
  • 8 ice cubes

​Directions for your Papaya Shake

1. Combine the papaya and sugar in a blender. 2. Add the milk. 3. Make it whirl for 15 seconds. 4. Add the ice cubes. Whirl again in 20 seconds longer. 5. And lastly, Sprinkle it with nutmeg. 6. Prepare a 2 empty glass and pour it with our healthy shake.
