Vegetables Soup


Ingredients for Vegetables Soup

  • 1 small onion, peeled and halved
  • ​2 potatoes, peeled
  • 175g (6oz) turnip, peeled and diced
  • 900ml (1½ pints) stock - vegeatble or chicken Salt and freshly ground pepper to season
  • 2 carrots, peeled
  • ​175g (6oz) swede, peeled and diced
  • 3 tomatoes, halved

​Directions for your Vegetables Soup

    1. Preparation Time: 10 minutes, Cooking time: 30 minutes, Serves: 4.                               Add all the ingredients to the stock in the pan and bring to the boil.Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Remove the pan from the heat and using the Triblade Pan Blending attachment push in to the mixture to submerge. Blend on speed 5 or Turbo for approximately 1½ minutes until smooth. Return to the heat and warm through. Serve into warm serving bowls with crusty bread.
